Who we are
Sage & Salt was developed as a natural progression. Starting in the food industry with my very first job in high school, I gradually gained experience in every role within a restaurant—except owner. I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by incredible food since childhood. My Italian parents knew no other way but to prepare wonderfully nutritious and amazingly fragrant meals from scratch every single day. The invaluable lessons I’ve learned from them, and the many years I've devoted to honing my skills in the industry, makes Sage & Salt into what it is: a love letter forged from my experience and heritage, passed down through generations of remarkable chefs, to your plate.
